Gwyneth Paltrow Wears Louis Vuitton Jewels and Not Much Else

Actress, Glee performer, website entrepreneur and now racy model, Gwyneth Paltrow, will appear in a special jewelry supplement for Vanity Fair’s August issue. A photograph was released from the photo shoot and as the picture shows, she’s mostly nude, covering her breasts with her hand and arms.

It took me a little while to notice but she’s also wearing jewelry. In fact, she’s wearing a necklace, earrings and rings by Louis Vuitton. No information yet on which pieces from the French fashion house she is wearing and I don’t recognize the baubles. Maybe you know and like to share the news with the rest of us. Amy Adams wins the “Red Carpet Bling” award wearing $1.35 million worth of emerald and diamond jewelry from Cartier, including a platinum and diamond emerald haute joaillerie secret watch bracelet worth $1.025 million. The bracelet features a 30.75 carat carved emerald and 575 diamonds (15.38 cts.). It’s matched with platinum and diamond ct. stud earrings worth $35,000.

An inability to sign into Twitter yesterday combined with wanting to actually watch the Oscars led to this listing of red carpet jewelry to appear a bit late. Louis Vuitton to Open Jewelry Store

French fashion house Louis Vuitton reportedly said it will open its first space dedicated to jewelry and watches at 23 Place Vendôme.

Yves Carcelle, chairman and CEO of Louis Vuitton Malletier, said that store will open on the famed Parisian shopping center in October, 2011, Professional Jeweller reports. The jewelry lines that will be for sale include L’Ame du Voyage (pictured) by Lorenz Bäumer, which incorporates the LV diamond cut.
